Very easy to book great price

I booked a hotel in Melbourne and saw a booking promotion code HOTEL10 for a 10% discount. There was NO obvious place to enter this code and I MISSED OUT on the 10% offer. I am so upset about this and the multiple idiotic responses to my inquiry that I get from some help desk in India where the person cannot even understand English grammar, I refuse to use Wotif ever again. That is the last thing I have to say to you and I will be recommending other sites to my friends.

Easy to navigate. Simple booking mechanism. Offered lots of choice. Made booking accommodation so much for a diet plan ham trawling the net

Booked accomodation for the 15/9/18. To be paid directly to the hotel.
No email confirmation was sent.
Went into my booked trips and tried to e mail it twice which did not come through.
I was logged in correctly to my account at the time with correct email details.
Have booked trips before with no problems!

promptly dealt with my enquiry regarding cancellation 🙂
