Very prompt service!

I was very disappointed to cancel my booked flight to Bundaberg which I booked online through wotif. I didn’t know if I would have to pay a cancellation fee so I phoned & spoke to a lovely man (Rikan, sorry I forgot his name) he was very understanding & helpful. Because I only booked 5 hours before cancelling he said no cancellation cost. I was so very thankful.

Easy to use

I have been using wotif for years. The original is still the best. I often try to cut out the middle and ring the hotel directly. Wotif is often cheaper!

Booking was quick and easy on the website

Lots of hotels to choose from but the thing I don’t love is the fact that they send emails with a code that you can use for a discount but there’s no place to add the discount on your way to the checkout. Seems disingenuous.

clicked on the 8% discount offer but did not recieve this at payment

Everything was so easy … following the prompts until the booking finalization
