I did not find out that I had to pay for an extra person until after I had booked the room.
Before I booked the offer was for 2 adults and 1 child. After I booked the child was not included.
Completely deceptive.

Easy to use and great interface

HUH???? Haven’t been anywhere yet. Booked a room on Sunday and received notificaton that it was booked but have received 2 emails since telling me to book from Wotif. This is my first booking with you so don’t know if this is your normal practice or not but it quite unsettling for us oldies.

Efficient, easy to use and there is a wide variety of options.

Poor quality accommodation (a homestay rather than a hotel or even hostel) advertised alongside registered hotels and more reputable accommodation. Photos gave a false impression of the standard. Accommodation had a broken bed (mattress poking thru rungs, rungs falling off) and pillows as flat as coins, filthy showers, and no blankets in the room (freezing over night- a sign said you have to request blankets but who requests them in the middle of the night? The bed collapsed as soon as we sat on it and the mattress was rock hard ( I am requiring chiropractic work after this night). Other guests were friendly, and homestay was explained after arrival. Also explained was the number of junkies on the street outside. This accommodation was falsely advertised.

Accommodation rang two days after booking to say room had been double booked.
They did offer a cheaper room without ensuite however this was not suitable for us.

Always reliable and happy to get the best price.
