In an otherwise good, and well equiped apartment, the only problem remains it's disfunction... There is a good washing machine and drier.... but no washing powder to wash with. There is a perfectly good set of crockery and cutlery - and a sink with water..... but NO washing detergent. This not a critique of E&O Residences per se... but applies to most such short stay apartments I have stayed in, world wide. They just don't function - due to a lack of insight. If a supply of small sachets of washing detergent and sponge, and washing powder were supplied or made available, everyone would be a lot happier to return.

A very welcoming place to stay. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed. Irwin and Fazlina at Thirty8 always made a point of stopping and checking in with us at breakfast time to see how our day is going and what we would be doing each day. We loved staying here, probably only 2 negative things we could comment on were the wait time to get into our room...not sure if normally like that but we got in at around 12.30 and check in was 3...was way after when we got in, I know others were waiting long. After that was amazing. Service, amenities, grounds, position. Other thing was the state of the beach...probably need someone doing a clean up each morning, wouldn't take long. Restaurants and Cafe lovely...great food, quality and variety, lovely service ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Staffs are nice and professional. Rooms and facilities are very nice. Recommend
