Everything was great and easy to be there for a nice night or two! I do not like the webcam check in, it just feels so much less connected. I know it works for the staff, but it’s an odd dystopian feeling! Staff was nice, room is good! Good price and area!

Every time I stay at the Sovereign I am always impressed with the diligent customer service and communication with the team. Jen, Jill and Ryan are such gracious hosts and immediately respond to requests. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the grounds extremely well-kempt, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. I love sitting on the front patio, staring at the ocean through the trees. The constant breeze is both refreshing and soothing. Can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to Santa Monica!

A well-maintained property that felt safe. My room was comfortable. It’s very close to the metro station so it’s easy to get around the city. Front desk Staff was always there to keep an eye on people coming in to the lobby. They were very nice and helpful.

CONVENIENT LOCATION. CLEAN AND HELPFUL STAFF.

My only complain was that room service dinner was available until 10:30pm. I called to order at 10:25pm, and they told me it was too late. That the kitchen was closed.

I enjoyed my stay

Everything was nice. The security guy Carlos ( I think) was cool and I felt safe with him being there. They don’t play about security. My only concern was the A/C froze and I slept all night without any A/C. I thought maybe the host would have accommodated me but nothing was ever said or done. There should be instructions if you have a problem with the A/C. I was out at the convention mostly. Oh and the kitchen sink clogged up, but I wasn’t using it as much so once I reported it to the hostess, both were fixed expeditiously. Becky was cool- the hostess, the security was cool, the neighbors were cool, the setup was cool. Also, there’s no bedroom television but for some ppl may not be a thing. Other than that everything else was good. I enjoy the convention and my stay.
