Super Clean and tidy with all amenities required. Great location. Happily stay here in the future

Our room was a little dated but was very clean and the bed was lovely. The staff were exceptional in all areas including reception, bars, restaurants and cleaning. They left us chocolates when they cleaned our room and the breakfast was was great.

We didnot get there until 9.30pm i had no information how to open the box to get key out of box. Was not sent to my mobile i was stressed as i thought that we were going to sleep outside , trying to find someone to help us how to get into the locks. So then I went to the building again to have a look to see if there may be a number to court which then I found and I rang the manager who then gave me the code to unlock the box, he said to me you should've had notifications and I said, no, if I did, why am I ringing, you. So then he gave me the number to open the box, found the note and the loop with the key in it.But I found that was very unprofessional , as that have not communicated properly or send the rights info to the me who was going to be coming late at night. We are booked in again on our way back.Hopefully this won't happen again.

We only stayed overnight, but the cabin was clean and comfortable - the heating had even been turned on in readiness for our arrival. Checking in and out was an easy process. Good value for money.
