Everything was perfect including a smooth check in and the clean room. However, there was an issue with the shower head which was leaking and didn’t really function properly as the water kept flowing inside the room when we took the shower. I complained to the reception but they couldn’t do anything and the hotel was fully booked so couldn’t accommodate in another room.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms are small and basic, but perfect for an overnight stay prior to an early morning departure from Zurich airport. There is a tram station directly across the street and only two stops to the departures.

Super convenient place to get to via train and stay for an early flight. We came in from Zermatt checked-in, dropped our stuff off and took the light rail into Zurich for the day. In the morning we took the same light rail for a 10 minute ride to the airport. Very Easy and hassle free.
