WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE FACILITIES OFFERED IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL . ROOMS WERE SO SPACIOUS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING . SUPER FRIENDLY AND HAPPY STAFF WHO WERE SO HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE .

The main bed was super comfy, Ruth at the breakfast was amazing, the bathroom was very spacious, and our whole area was very spacious. The sofa bed was the one complaint we would have, it was creaky and not comfortable.

Highly recommend!

We were more than happy with our stay! We had a family room which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved having space to spread out and each have our own bathroom and bedroom. The location was convenient to walk or take the bus to nearby attractions. Every single staff member that we worked with, especially the front desk associates, were welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding areas. They always had a smile on their face, even after us asking lots of questions. Our children left there saying, “If we ever come back to Lucerne, we want to stay at this hotel!” Thank you for a memorable experience.

This place was more than we expected. We had a great room that overlooked the streets and an orchestra had played back to back days, and it was nice to open the windows and enjoy the music. Our family suite was great, but I did not realize that the “family suite” included a pull out couch as the second room. We are from the US and some of the room’s features we were not familiar with, so we did not know how to operate the bidet in the master quarters. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. I am sure a smoking bar might be a draw for some, but that was a bit much for us.

Right in the center of everything. We loved it. We happen to hit the biggest heat wave in 10 years so rooms were hot (only window ac) breakfast was wonderful, staff friendly, and rooms clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great for a weekend visit.

Excellent location. Less than 10 min walk to the train station. Close to the lake. Old town is lovely with lots of cute shops, restaurants and bars. This side of the water is much nicer to stay as the otherside is the shopping district. Room was comfortable, excellent glazing to the windows stopping all street noise, lovely breakfast terrace.
