Perfectly situated in Old Town between Christmas villages at Opera house, train station & church. 10 minute walk to Singing Tree. Patient knowledgeable staff (Elias, Mark, & Oscar). Staff at this hotel were awesome! As a tourist didn’t speak the language and had never been to Zürich before, they were so helpful! Loved the availability of fresh bean brewed coffee, and the location in the old town. Near a tram stop and Christmas market. Very convenient. Loved it.

We had two stays at Hotel and experienced two different rooms. Both rooms had an unpleasant smell - seemed like the smell was from past cigarette smoking. The rooms were small and did not seem to have great air circulation. The hotel has a great location and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also good, though the breakfast room was small for the number of guests.

I think the information contained on Hotels.com is misleading. I booked this hotel, because the website made me believe that there was an airport shuttle available from the hotel. We could have taken the train to the airport, but it was raining and we didn't want to drag our suitcases. We ended up taking an Uber, which was unexpected cost.
