Lovely hotel and a really convenient location, right in the heart of Zurich. The staff were great, facilities excellent. The only gripe was the size of the room, it was really small and the layout was not great. We were only there for 2 nights, any longer and I think we'd have struggled with the lack of space.

Fantastic location just 5 mins from the main train station and on the same street as loads of great restaurants. Close to tram stops too. Reception staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags as we arrived early and could also store them on the day we left. Family room was spacious and beds were really comfortable.
