Zona Ospedaliera accommodation with parking

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room had good air conditioning. The staff tried to get us in early and they did manage to get a room ready for 2.30 pm. The room was great and we settled in quickly. Then we noticed a leak in the bathroom. We called reception and they sent up a maintanence person relatively quickly. It turned out the leak was more problematic and they offered us another room. We moved again to another good room. If something like this happened in North America, the hotel would offer something complimentary to make up for the disruption. No offer was made. The staff were very helpful so we didn't feel like complaining. Otherwise no complaints about the hotel.

Perfect hotel with great food, amenities, and shuttle in and out of town. Just perfect

The best food in Naples is served at the hotel restaurant! Our most relaxing times were on the terrace of the restaurant. Unfortunately we had a bedbug in our first room. The hotel was very accommodating and we were moved immediately.
