Great staff fabulous location. The same busker and his 4 song repertoire every afternoon and evening got a bit annoying when enjoying the view and atmosphere from the balcony.

SCAM ALERT The property is in a nice area. We had an ocean view room with a very nice view. However- we prepaid for 2 nights and due to the ailing strike we couldn’t make the first night so I let them know we would be coming the next morning. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but they charged us $347 for. No show fee on top of what we already paid! They never mentioned that. I’m still trying to get the money back and they won’t respond to me or my bank. Very sketchy place. Just beware!

The hotel location was perfect inside the room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were pleasant. My only criticism would be the hotel policy to wear a swimming cap whilst using the pool this is a strange rule considering the pool is very shallow and you can’t really swim a lot in the pool sorry from that w had a great time

At the end of our travels, this location was great for us to recover. We had a room with a balcony. I loved the view so much. The room was clean and spacious- a little sparse but I didn’t mind the austerity. Appreciated the water, free of charge in our room everyday. The breakfast was good - loved the fresh fruit every day with my cappuccino. My only wish was they had robes. We will remember this hotel fondly.

Great location n the water. Lots of options for food. The free breakfast had lots of different items, it was bigger than I thought it would be, however, the hot items like eggs and potatoes were often cold.

I would have given 5 stars but the hotel hasn’t been updated in a while. But our room was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Fresh towels were given every day. Service from the front desk was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff we dealt with (Olga) went above and beyond and gave us very helpful recommendations about the neighborhoods and restaurants. The included breakfast was excellent every morning. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to unwind with a drink and get ocean views. The pool area isn’t vey large but we got a chance to take a dip in the pool. (Too warm after a heat wave). The entire staff from the front desk, dining room, and rooftop was terrific. Great place to stay.

Missing a few things.

The room was very hot. I booked a room with a balcony and a view to be able to sit out on it, but the balcony doesn’t have chairs to sit on. That was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working well. It was VERY hot, and we had trouble sleeping because the room didn’t cool down. Also, there are no ice machines. If you want ice, you have to call room service and they charge you $4 Euros for it.
