The hotel was exceptional and the quiet location in Zihuatanejo was perfect for enjoying the city by foot. The room (more like an apartment) was large and comfortable (with AC) and well maintained. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant and very responsive to our needs and questions. Our trip to Zihuatanejo was accentuated by the wonderful experience we enjoyed at the hotel.
