We thoroughly enjoyed 6 nights at this resort. It was low season and never once had to wait for anything! The staff made us feel so welcome and spoiled. The Thompson is a modern Mexican hotel located on Playa Ropa. You can walk to restaurants and are an easy 5 min cab or 100 MXP to the center. We enjoyed our stay and ate at both of the restaurants on the property which were excellent. The massage was wonderful and if you need help with a tour they are accommodating. A lovely get away!

Amazing beach and pool area on the best beach in the area. Good food (although portions are pretty small ((I’m not from the US)) Excellent service in the restaurant area overall.
