I booked my stay here and when I checked in they said my card was declined when I booked through Expedia and I used my debt card to pay and they continued to charge my credit card when I booked it through Expedia it sucks they double charged me this hotel is out of the way of the others hotels and has no shade at the pools any where is better then here

Beautiful hotel and grounds . We loved everything about the resort and the staff were amazing! Resort could use some entertainment though , but a quick ride into Zihuatanejo to enjoy music and the pier is what we did . We will definitely return . A lot of walking and stairs , would be an issue for those needing accessibility’s .

Hotel is a bit older but clean and very nice. However, while the hotel is supposed to be accessible, it is not as accessible as it is supposed to be. The pool and beach are a good walk from each other and require some effort. The food is ok but lacks variety. The service and staff were wonderful.

We have been staying at Las Brisas since 2005 and always cannot wait to come back! Every room has a beautiful ocean view. We love hanging out at their beach that is totally private. Then we hangout at the lounge bar for amazing sunsets. The staff is all so nice.

The rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Would not recommend staying on the 19th floor as you hear the noise from the lobby area below.

The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful and private. We enjoyed sitting on our large balcony just looking at the ocean. We really liked the pool area and also went to the spa and had a wonderful massage and facial. My only criticism is that there are a lot of steps to go to the dining areas and a lot of walking to various areas of the hotel. Overall we loved the hotel and wood highly recommend staying there.

I was overall disappointed. I’m pescatarian, vegetarian that eats seafood and I’ve never had an issue in Mexico. I’ve stayed in many different areas of Mexico and many all inclusives usually so much seafood and vegetables/salads. At las Brisa’s, I paid for the all inclusive, the restaurant had items, mostly seafood, that weren’t included with the all inclusive, so extremely limiting for me, I’ve never seen this before. I found the rooms could use an update, it’s listed as 4.5 stars so I was a bit disappointed with the musky/dusty smell, I turned the fan on and caused a dust storm haha! I know musky is a bit normal for mexico but 4.5 stars? And yes I know their system is a bit different but I have stayed at quite a few 4.5 star places, this shouldn’t be. Disappointed also with there being parties till 3am, very loud and I was woken multiple times and the resort allowed it. The pools were nice but for anyone with mobility issues, it was almost a 10 min walk to them. The staff overall made up quite a bit for it all though! Very helpful, kind and generous! Loved the area but I wouldn’t go back to this resort.

We have been here many times! Love the private beach and the tranquil surroundings of this property away from the hubbub of the busy Ixtapa beach with multiple hotels and condos sharing a beach. The rooms could use some renovating and updating of furniture and accessories in the room. We had to move rooms because the first room just seemed to be “falling apart.” Lampshade broken and at a permanent tilt, TV nearly falling off wall mount and crooked, shower water pressure nonexistent, and tired furniture. Changed room next day and manager personally showed us new room and made sure we were satisfied and we were very happy with new room.
