I lived in sixth floor but the elevator only reached to fifth floor. We had to move our luggage via the staircase. The main door was extremely difficult to close from the outside. The room was clean but the space was not enough. Also, the room was a little cold and no a/c control even though we closed all the windows. The major issue was the wifi connection. The connection was very poor and unstable. The staff of the breakfast service was very great. The front desk staff was good. The location of the hotel is very great.

Great place to stay, large modern clean room with balcony. Located in the heart of the town close to train station and shopping Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet had plenty of options and after noon coffee, tea and pastries in the afternoon was a nice surprise. Will definitely return

This property was just a block off the hustle and bustle of the Main Street and our room was dead quiet. Staff at the desk were very pleasant and the morning breakfast staff very good. The free breakfast was great and the afternoon tea and cake a nice touch.

Location was great and clean rooms and good breakfast. Only thing was the reception staff could be a bit pleasant to speak to , when asked questions felt like I was being judged on why am I asking etc. breakfast could be better if had different items on rotation. Great location! Everything was walkable from the hotel. Large room with fantastic mountain views. Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety.

Really great stay for 3 nights. Downfall - a gentleman working the restaurant was generally rude, but worse; he had a cold and would wipe his nose with his hands then go to clean tables and handle cutlery. We witnessed this 2 mornings in a row and was disgusted my this employee.
