The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve.
Staff was prompt in replying to all my emails by various staff which gave me the assurance that everything will be taken care off before our arrivals. Well done ! Highly recommended.
