Noisy both traffic and could hear conversations from outside. Bed very comfy.
This is an old property with new vanity and utility bench installed with toaster kettle and microwave plus crockery cutlery and was up soap. Room very small. Location was good for walking around jacarandas.
Warm welcome and cleaners v friendly.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. We loved the large family room with the super comfy couch!
We stayed here on the way up to qld and loved it so much we stayed again on the way home. A short walk to restaurants along the scenic river path.
Pool was great.

Room was spacious - more facilities than I expected - microwave, cutlery etc. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about Yamba. Pool was beautiful!
