We arrived late and didn’t see any staff when we left as well so can’t rate that aspect. Contact and advice for getting the keys from the safe all excellent. Nice big room(17). Towel rail in the bathroom could do with a screwdriver or something to tighten it. Hot water takes a little while to arrive but it was the last room and certainly was nice and hot. You could probably turn the thermostat down and save a little bit of money. Bats in tree outside the balcony were a bit noisy but once the sliding door was closed they, and the passing traffic, drifted into the background. The sign out the front was hard for an old codger like me to read and we had to do a u-turn. Maybe change to a darker colour for your name or throw a light out there? All up a great place to stay. No negatives, just suggestions to be better and we’d definitely book again if coming back up.

The check in was very easy. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice sheets and air conditioned. The bathroom was dated but for the money it was absolutely fine. Walking distance to town and the beach.
