It's a motel, so you are not expecting much. But at least an ice machine and a vending machine would be nice. Convenient location to go to Ann Arbor, but that's about it. The one thing that made them lose one star was the shower, the water came out scolding hot to a point of burning, and I couldn't adjust it to lower the temperature

The place is exactly what we’d expected. Very very small rooms but was ok since we didn’t spend much time there. Easy uber ride to Michigan stadium. Old building but clean and tidy. Will stay again.

Perfectly fine place to stay. Pleasant and helpful people run this place, and it has all the basics. Nothing fancy; just an entirely adequate motel. I would stay again.

The room was very small. Bedroom had an unpleasant odor, toilet had a different and more unpleasant smell when flushed. The shower had no soap holder so we had to put soap on floor while lathering up. Finally, the area felt unsafe. This was a cheap hotel and is classic case of you get what you pay for.

Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect for a place as a home base when out doing other things. Small, no frills, but the cleanest hotel room I've been in. It was quiet - could not hear other guests.
