Overnight stay in an amazingly comfortable bed. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a little bit of everything. I will definitely stay again when in the York area.

Staff . Night manager was very rude when I asked her questions about door access. She refused to open the back door even though they told us to park at back of building . Staff was again banging on the door ( male and female ) while I was sleeping . Kept banging like they wanted to break the door down and came in even though they were told we were in the room and sleeping . They still came in and turned on all the lights and left every single light on in the room when they left. The bathtub was filthy when we arrived and the bathroom floor and toilet bowl was also not cleaned thoroughly before we arrived . I would not recommend anybody stay at this location as the staff is terrible including the manager plus the room is filthy and bad smells in the carpet .

The hotel itself was good, the staff was really friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, etc Getting to/from the hotel was problematic. You have to take several side streets that are only one way and then pull into a parking lot to do a u-turn just to get back on the main road. When there was traffic - which seemed like ALL the TIME - this added at least an extra 5-10 min onto your drive time. It seems like it is conveniently located - it is not! I never felt safe while having to drive and leave this hotel, I was always waiting for someone to hit me with all the traffic and crazy U turns needing to be made. We won’t be staying here again due to this.

The Staff was excellent! I forgot to call ahead and ensure my room was away from the traffic side the Desk Person helped get my room changed quickly. Great stay!

Staff was friendly. When we first walked in the room to a sticky bathroom floor, we used a wet towel to clean it ourselves. Hair in bathroom sink and counter. Crumbs under microwave. Thick dust under tv. The bed was clean. Laundry room had so much lint behind the dryer it looked like a fire waiting to happen. We did report that to staff. The breakfast was really good.
