Our stay was okay. This hotel was new but not in the best condition. Our room didn’t have a tv remote in it and also our families tv didn’t even work in their room. Very disappoint in the breakfast. Everything was almost out and nobody refilled

The hotel was cheaply renovated, they overbooked rooms this weekend, TV and phone did not work, did not replenish buffet, shower was lukewarm, noisy. Would not stay again.

I didnt get to sleep until 3am n I had to get up at 530 am. the men across the hall from me were drunk n in n out of room. doors constantly slamming. the marijauna smell was constant. I could've asked to be moved but i could tell at check in that the person wouldnt be helpful. if it wasnt for all the noise it woulda been fine.

Not again..

The room was freezing. The heat didn’t work. I tried calling the front desk serval times, went to the front desk and nobody was there (after midnight). I thought that I could just suck it up and sleep for a few hours since it was late and I didn’t check in till after midnight and at this point it was already 2 AM, but it was so cold in there and the outside temperature was 21. I ended up going across the street to the other hotel and spending more money to stay there because I could not get a hold of anybody after an hour and a half.

The room was TERRIBLE not cleaned. There was blood and toe nail clippings in the bed and on the floor. We asked for another room they refused until we finally decided we were leaving. Then he changed his tone. We asked for a refund since the room was in such bad shape and they refused.
