I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide IT problem, but one that should be fixed and it would benefit the hotel's customer service delivery to do so.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The room was a great size for being in Japan. Our room had s small kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a large bathtub that was large enough for me to soak in (I’m a large/heavy woman). Of course it has a Japanese toilet with a heated seat! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They respected our privacy when we didn’t want our room cleaned. We are planning to stay there again next year!!

Hotel room was nice & clean, common area (kitchen, patio and lobby) was very nice & inviting, infused water & coffee available in lobby with seating, and appreciate washer/dryers available on property. There was an elevator that connected directly to the subway. The property was 5 stars, the only reason I rated it 4 is because I had to stay an additional 2 days because my cruise was delayed and my room rate for the additional 2 days was almost 3 times the daily room rate I paid for my original reservation.
