Beautiful room. Friendly professional staff. Some minor issues that were quickly addressed by the staff. The bistro food and beverages are very expensive. Many other restaurants and coffee shops nearby with more reasonably priced meals and beverages though. Recommend this hotel. Look forward to staying there on future visits.

Everything was great last week, this week we brought our grandkids so they could enjoy the pool. Hotel is lovely, modern, well appointed and clean. Staff exceptional - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We ate in the grandkids. Food was ok.

The very first photo on the website shows a water slide. It doesn’t say anything about the fact it isn’t operable Monday-Thursday due to the hotel not having a lifeguard available. I met 5 different families at the pool who were all “duped” like me about this false advertisement. Very disappointed as I specifically brought my kids here for that reason (as many others did too). Managers response was “sorry about that”. Not acceptable!

Bathroom had hair on the floor. I wasn't able to close the blinds: they seemed stuck. At 2am I don't have time to figure this out. There was no bathtub either and I think I requested it but theis is a common thing now that showers overtakes tubs: not nice. Slides should not be restricted to weekends as it rips this fun attraction for weekly travelers. This feature highlights the hotel and should be available at all time. Price, beds, pillows, room temperature, spaceous and quietness were excellent!

The heat/air conditioner was noisy and annoying so had to turn it off all night to sleep ! Needs replacement!!! Slide was not able to be used by my three grandsons 6,6 and 9 years old so VERY DISAPPOINTING since we booked a pool with a slide just for t(em to enjoy! Hot tub non operational for over a year - ridiculous!, why have one if it can not be used! Not warm and friendly at all and overpriced“ NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!

Nice size room. Like walk-in shower (track on doors need cleaning/conditioner empty). Only coffee in room. Need tea (green) as most hotels have now. When mentioned at front desk, did offer to get it.
