Have you ever visited a hotel and immediately missed the comfort of your home? I felt this way checking into this establishment. It needs major renovations. The paint on the walls are pealing and the carpets look like they haven't been replaced since 1962.

Dingy, windows terrible with broken locks, noisy, gardens not kept up, painting needed in and out, garbage cans up of floor and noot in bathroom, location of toilet paper, hit elbow trying to get, small tv, not enough light when curtains drawn, bed skirts old and fraying, only real good thing, staff friendly even though they talked to fast dometimes and a little hard to understand. Breakfast need a bit more upgrade.

Nice little gem in Gananoque

Staff was lovely. Only concern was the light right outside my room and the curtains didn’t cover the windows enough to keep the light out at night. Breakfast was decent though I did bring some cheese for my eggs (the fridge in the room was quite handy)

The breakfast room was lacking Not the standard super 8 set up. The Tip jar was an odd addition. Under the bed was filthy, trash under the beds not.cleaned between visits and the pool was dirty. It does not resemble the photos on expedia. Overall maintenance was due for improvement. We will not be staying again. NOT worth the fee.

1.Overall pretty clean . 2.Tv reception was terrible,almost unwatchable. 3.Almost slipped twice getting in and out of the shower as there were no grab bars on the side wall and no rubberized mat for tub.

1. Don’t leave your personal cell phone number on the counter, I find lost my personal security, After stay I got so many phone call from strangers. 2. The cleaning line of the hotel is terrible, while watching the cockroach and small tiny bug around window. 3. The hotel like a home business from India country, they are friendly

This property’s outside appearance is not welcoming. It is like a motel. The room was clean but quite small. Breakfast had very limited options. I’ve never seen a toaster that takes so much time to toast just 2 slices of bread! Overall it’s ok for a short stay

Not overly horrendous just not pleasant

A very deep clean is required. The kids played hide and seek, under the bed. They pulled out a disgusting amount of bed lint? Dirt anyways. A three day stay and no coffee refills are offered. Yes you say ask for the coffee.....I asked for 2 extra trash liners, an extra roll of toilet paper. Maybe when room service is being done you could be asked what is needed? Just not a very pleasant stay.
