We stayed here for three nights while skiing in Hakuba. We thought we would try a Japanese room and it was a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable, the room had excellent heating, the staff were all AMAZING! The onsen was beautiful, especially while it was snowing outside. The restaurants were delicious and breakfast was a feast. We would recommend staying here and wold love to come back and stay again. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. A short walk to convenient stores and plenty of eateries close by. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional hotel with stunning views of the lake and Mount Fuji. Perched alone on top of the hill it had a slight Shining feel to it. It has retained its chic 1960s decor. The food is highly priced, but it was a simple shuttle ride down to the town and we had the pleasure of dining at Shoya restaurant ...
