Staff: friendly and helpful Room: musty, not the one I booked (was supposed to be a double queen but we got a single queen and rolly bed), toilet kept breaking (flushed everything but the paper leaving it clogged about 4 times) on the plus side it was new and clean Hotel: beautiful but had construction work going on that woke us up each morning - no warning either. Pools were amazing and there were a lot of acivities to do. It's a shame patrons reserve beach chairs with their towels though, they need some rules around that. Restaurants: reasonable to high prices but delicious food. Italian restaurant had excellent service. The deck restaurant did not as we waited about 20 mins for our bill and there was no one to ask so we went back to our room only to be hunted down and accused of trying to avoid paying.
