everything was great, but I didn't not like the cheap liquor. That is not what I drink, Titos vodka is my cheaper vodka I drink. That is not an executive drink and it was not an option. I'm not used to drinking cheap liquor.

We loved the simpler size of the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Many of the guests had been coming back for years. The only complaint we have is the food. The buffet at breakfast and lunch never changes and was good but not great. The restaurant at dinner were hit and miss. Loved the steakhouse and Mexican restaurants. The Italian was good but the Asian was awful. I had Pad Thai and it was not like any Pad Thai I had ever had. It was not good! Overall we loved it. We will upgrade to Preferred if we go back.

The Catalonia Royal Tulum is a beautiful property. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The beach was especially beautiful. We had the best week here. So laidback and relaxing. I do wish there were more activities and music around the pool. But, we really enjoyed the place. We would definitely come back.

I loved the way they incorporated the jungle into the design. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We booked all of our meals for the week on day one and enjoyed what was offered. Our room was clean as were the grounds. We also enjoyed our morning pool exercise programs with Nico and Abraham!!!

Great staff. They really take good care of you. Pool area was excellent. Lots of wildlife around the resort. They do a great job clearing the seaweed before you get out to the beach. Food was very good. The only issue we encountered was one morning asking for assistance at the front desk. The girl name “Julie” and wore a “Linkin Park” jacket which I don’t believe that was her real name since she was reluctant to give it seemed burdened. She gave generic answers without trying. Had a terrible attitude and not very welcoming. We finally asked for someone else who did help us. Aside from that, we had an excellent time there

We travelled with another couple for a relaxing vacation in the sun, and absolutely enjoyed our 5-night stay at the resort. The beach was clean white sand and not too busy, the short way from our rooms to the ocean was a lovely boardwalk leading through a ‘rainforest’ inspired garden with friendly coatis and small capybaras - which was an experience in itself every day! We had one activity day booked away from the resort, but found plenty of entertainment on the resort for the remaining days. The RAUXA show especially was a great way to end the vacation on our last evening. All the staff were extremely friendly and created a great atmosphere.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. There was entertainment every day, drinks and the buffet were great, and the staff was extremely friendly! I’ll definitely be going back!

We traveled to Catalonia Royal Tulum with a group of 8 and this resort was so much fun! The jungle vibe and all the animals made for a unique experience. The resort accommodated all my requests for rooms all in the same building and close to the pool. The beach was beautiful and the entertainment staff (Abraham, Charlie, Anna, Paulina and Diego) was one of our favorite parts of this trip! The only downfall to this resort is the need to make a reservation at every restaurant and not having a food spot that you can just walk up and grab something to eat quick.

The only complaint is that the food is mediocre, if you are a cultured foodie. But I wasn’t complaining since they had multiple dining options at all times and all were inclusive. The service and hospitality were top notch. Everyone was kind and helpful, even other guests. The views, amazing. The beach, exquisite. the pool with a swim up bar. Adorable wild animals on the walk way. And all the little details that you’ll notice. A lot of thought went into this little piece of paradise. Highly recommend!
