This was a 1-night stay for work. The car park was not free (£10). I was in room 157 which was spacious as was the ensuite - lovely large bath towels. TV was okay as was the WiFi. On arrival in the room the remote for TV was not working, went to reception to report and within 10 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door, repairing the issue. I asked for decaf tea and coffee in room, only decaf coffee provided. Bed was comfortable.
I ate in the hotel restaurant and it took a while to get served (to order food and drinks). It took another while for food to arrive (the restaurant was not busy - about 12 people) and I had to ask for the drink I had ordered with my food, when my food arrived - service in the restaurant was poor.
The hotel is undergoing renovation at the moment but lifts are still accessible.
