I wish I could give 10 stars to this hotel, especially the staff who go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Starting from arrival, we were welcomed with a massive smile at the front desk. I will be back at this hotel. Thnak you all.

Very comfortable accommodation and relatively close to Berhamstead. Good gastro pub opposite hotel so it works very well for us visiting relatives and friends in Berkho.

The staff were very attentive and helpful so full marks to the staff. The room was clean and very quiet. The air conditioning didnt stay on, and kept flashing green in the night which meant we had to keep waking up to reset it. The property and furnishings were a little tired. The cooked breakfast was ok, but not hot enough which was made worse by being served on cold plates. The staff were definitely the best aspect of the hotel.

Although this hotel is slightly outdated, could probably do with a freshern up (the reception smelt a bit musky). The receptionist was lovely and the hotel staff very friendly. The bed was suprisingly comfortable and I slept well.

Property was a little dated and could do with a make over breakfast was included but we missed 1st days as didnt open till 8am and we had to leave by 7.30am to get to where we where going they did say they would arrange for us to have some croissants but nobody was around!!! Water needed to be hotter in bath room was impossible to fill bath as water not hot enough and would have taken hours to fill then be cold. Bar and restaurant where not open. Breakfast on 2nd day available had to wait to be refilled and could have done with being warmer.

Watermill hotel

I love how peaceful it is here, there are 3 lovely pubs, all different in menus and atmosphere, and its only a half hour walk to drift limits london motor circuit or another lovely eatery, the fishery inn. The accommodation has free widi, spacious parking, a decking area with a lovely view of the river and the staff are very helpful and polite. Ill definitely bbe back again and again

Lovely peaceful stay, 2 pubs right opposite and the beautiful fishery inn 10 mins down the road. Drift limits is 20 minute walk and easy to find.

A Room with a View

Part of the Sure Collection of Best Western. Really nice setting with 2 pubs directly across the road for dining options. My room was on the ground level and looked directly on to the car park so the car was only a few feet from the door which was really convenient. Really nice and friendly staff and very helpful. The room was really well decorated, up to date and clean. A nice big, comfy bed and double headed shower. There was a lovely view of the river which ran outside of the hotel. Breakfast was really well cooked and got the day off to the best start. Great value for money stay with only a couple of minor things stopping a 5 out of 5 review but would definitely look to stay here again.
