Great Location, next to all city centre facilities. 5 mins walk to Luton station, easy to reach by car. Onsite and off-site parking right next to it. Clean hotel, excellent breakfast, free coffee downstairs. Great pricing even when booked on short notice.

Top location with old lifts
They finally fixed the 2nd lift 3 days before check-out. Coffee & tea machines often out of service. It wouldn't hurt to have 1 microwave & coffee maker on each floor. Had 2 bookings and ofc my card stopped working and housekeeping came knocking in the moddle of stay Very nice hotel but concerned with security guards on duty after 5-6pm

Ok for night before flight
Fine for an ok night of sleep before an early flight from Luton but bed was quite springy so I’m not sure i would do well on it more than 1 night. Room was reasonably clean; no complaints but clearly worn. Price was good; quietness was ok once i turned on my phone for white noise.
