Terrible customer service!

The weather was terrible outside but the staff that cleans the snow was horrible. There was so much snow and ice in the parking lot. Early in the morning it should have been all hands on deck for snow removal to get ahead of the storm. I seen customers have to dig out there vehicles...terrible customer service.
