Thank you Megan for taking the time to review our property. We remain very apologetic that the washing machine decided to go on the blink on such a rainy weekend but as you acknowledged we ensured your laundry was done with outside help at our expense. The bedroom is heated and the kitchen area is heavily insulated as part of the conversion from a historic railway shed to a new kitchen. The laundry area has both undercover and open air drying space. We are always contactable and aim to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable stay and so set out to solve all issues to make this possible.

Thanks Vicki for your feedback. We really appreciate that you took the time to write. This is a unique apartment. A garage has been annexed to the apartment to create the open plan spacious kitchen/living area. The garage / shed was once a steam locomotive storage shed that has been relocated from a disused rail line deep in the mahogany forests up behind Grafton hence the high ceilings, massive original doors and the mahogany walls. beams and rafters! We do apologize for the 2 stiff door handles. We have our builder coming tomorrow as we finalize all the renovation work we’ve done to the apartment over the last 9 months, we’ll add the door handles to his list. Thanks Dean, We have WiFi installed now and we have completed the landscaping so the yards are all fenced with latched gates making them perfect for pets. Skippers now also has a weather proof shade sale over most of the large alfresco courtyard that boasts an new outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge area plus an outdoor shower room for washing all the sand and salt off before re-entering the outdoor living areas and the apartment itself. Worth re-visiting us to check it all out ! even if you checked out all the new pictures on our website! Best regards Rod

Hi Phillip, I am sorry you feel this way about our apartments. The extra cost was for your 2 dogs who stayed as we have a $30 per stay dog cleaning fee for pets. We recently took over the apartments and have effected substantial changes already with new linen and towels etc, new bathrooms and beds etc. and new lounge sweats are on order. We feel that $195 per night for a 2 bedroom waterfront apartment in high summer is a fair price to pay for a serviced apartment. We do provide soaps, tea, sugar and an espresso coffee machine with refills so will check with our cleaners as to why these were not available. We could have sorted this with 1 phone call very quickly.

Gordon and Moreen sold to business to Cath and I 2 years ago now so these purpose built apartments have been brought into the 21st century and are now the trend setting place to stay in Wooli.
