Hello Margot. Yes, there is a construction site behind us. We do mention that in all our correspondence with our guests. While we do our best to monitor noise levels at the site, it is slightly out of our hands, as you can imagine. We are on the premisis 24/7 and would have tried to move your room if you had come to reception. Thanks for the feedback

Thank you for your review. Different room types offer different views, we always recommend contacting the property directly if you would like specific features. Our reception staff are always more then happy to advise you of what views, amenities and features each room type offers. As for your neighbours, we have staff on site 24 hours a day who are always more then happy to assist you with any issues including noise complaints.
