9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,963 reviews)
My absolute favorite hotel and vibe, there is a gold standard of service there that surpasses whatever the given room rate is at the time - always worth the stay and p.s. the restaurant/bar is amazing!

9/10 Wonderful! (24 reviews)
Overall this was a nice hotel. They’re in the middle of a renovation, but it’s still an older hotel at heart so keep in mind the elevators will be slow. But the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was there over Halloween weekend and they had events going on, so the bar wasn’t open it’s regular hours, which was fine, just a little unusual. Decent location depending on where you’re trying to go in LA. My only complaint was the shower. It has half glass so the bathroom is going to get wet. It took a long time for the water to heat up for the majority of my stay, but the last night it heated relatively quickly so that issue seems fixed. Overall, I’d stay here again.
