Additional amenities include a stocked bathroom, toiletries and hair dryer. Enjoy the view of Spring Brook's golf course on the spacious balcony with provided outdoor seating.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Rooms are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Room sleeps maximum of 4, rates based on 4 people over the age of 3. $250 Security Deposit Required.

The walls in their king size room were paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next door cough and watch tv at a reasonable volume. To make matters worse, the people in the room next door decided to play aloud music and fight around 3am. I could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk, so I had to call the police myself. I did share this with the clerk upon checkout. I told them that they need to have someone available to handle these types of situations with the lack of privacy between the rooms. I was told the manager would get back to me.

Perfect getaway.

Perfect getaway. Great location with lots of amenities. Enjoy the pool, hot tub & Golf course. Location is very convenient to the parks but yet far enough away to feel like you’re not on top of each other.
