There continental breakfast was waffles and cereal not a true continental breakfast. They did not clear the entrance of snow and ice which caused my friend to fall, and they didn't even apologize. It took me asking them to fix the issue for them to salt or shovel the snow and ice. There was no staff at the desk we had to call them to check out and they didn't always answer right away. They did let us check out late without an additional cost which was nice. They only had a pool not hot tub which was what we were expecting to help my friends back feel better after falling. There seemed to be a total lack of respect and care for the guests safety.

Even though there were not many people at the hotel, they booked us right next to a room with two barking dogs, where the owners left the dogs in their room alone all day when they non-stop barked fir hours on end.
