The hotel and facilities were nice but the rooms did not feel very clean. Very dirty around the perimeter and the fold out sofa bed did not have the appearance of being cleaned and remade with fresh bedding. We heard rumors of bed bugs and Orkin was on site during our stay. I guess it's good they are taking care of it if true. We did not see any bed bugs in our room but the room not being well cleaned really had us feeling nervous and paranoid about it. The pools were fantastic for the kids and the area had plenty of options for dining. We did wish the breakfast ran a little later than 9. When they say it ends at 9 they are not joking. All food was promptly removed from the breakfast area. Not even a yogurt or piece of fruit could be found after that time! The staff we encountered were all friendly. If the rooms had been clean and we didn't have the concern for bed bugs the stay would have been perfect.

Accommodations were perfect for my family and preschool aged grandchildren. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. We drove through town and saw crowds everywhere else but our stay was relaxed, and peaceful. It was easy to keep an eye on the kids while giving them the freedom to experience the slides by themselves with no wait. It felt like a hidden gem for families with small children to avoid crowds and enjoy a peaceful, clean worry free stay.

This is a great value. The mini-water park is a gem, especially when it's 90 degrees. Everyone was so happy at the breakfast area. Staff are great. Quiet hallways. What is not to like?

Basically a motel

Room was clean enough, but definitely has more of a motel feel. That’s fine, but not when you’re paying four-star hotel prices. Even in a suite, the sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom and the mattress springs on both beds squeaked when you move around. The pool looks much more impressive in the pictures than in real life, and they charged us $45 for a “resort fee” even after we had already pre-paid on hotels.com. Would not recommend.

All the light switches in our room were placed in reverse which made it really confusing throughout our stay. We arrived to breakfast 5 minutes before closing and were not allowed in. I came here because I stayed here before and loved it but I will not be staying here again.

Stayed here quite a bit. Booked through Expedia still needed to give them the same information even though I filled it out online to try and save time. Was told our room had things it did not even though we asked the front desk before we got our keys. For how much business we give them wish they would take care of you a little better. Everything was clean , but the amount of febeeze type smells was COMPLETELY overwhelming! If you have any type of breathing/lung issues this is not the hotel for you , we opened the windows for a few hours and even that didn't really help! The pools inside and outside were both fun . The beds felt good and the rooms were very clean

I’ve stayed here many times and will always continue to come back. Very nice rooms, friendly staff, everything is very clean, 24 hour pool and hot tub, and complimentary breakfast!
