Beautiful hotel! Kind staff, super clean and modern rooms and common areas. Walkable to outlet mall and some eating establishments (the Clay Oven Indian restaurant is just next door and great); we walked about a mile down to shopping and BJ's for lunch. The hotel has a nice little indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center that seem well-maintained. Breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast - we especially appreciated the homemade oatmeal. And a complimentary "happy hour" beer and wine at the front desk from 5-7 pm for guests

Shady neighborhood. Questionable people staying there/hanging out. Lack of response from management. No help from front desk staff. Never got room service. Never received a call as promised. Took 5 hours to get towels delivered to the room. Had to take all of our dirty towels out daily as they would not come by. Was charged more than the $150 deposit HORRIBLE PLACE

Quick weekend getaway

We've stayed in the area a few times to visit family, but this was our first time at this hotel. We will definitely return. It was clean, in a nice area, and had a good breakfast!

Love the place

It's super clean. I love the TV size. Good experience. The only downside is they start knocking on ur room every at 9am, every hour "room service"
