Front desk was very accomodating and professional apon checking in. Circumstances changed on very short notice and they provided an alternative within seconds. Room was perfect. All touch points appeared to have been clean and I didnt find one hair. Coffee machine and microwave was also spotless. Hats off to the Hampton team for standing by the term "Service Excelance". We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The reception staff were excellent. The Filipino gentleman who works dawn shift was very caring and attentive, and Gomal made our checkout smooth and hassle-free. When I asked for a late checkout due to our delayed ride, Gomal agreed without hesitation and clearly explained everything. We will definitely book this hotel again. The cleanliness was superb as well.

Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. The shuttle service is to be commended, the drivers were very accommodating and took us to different restaurants within a 3 k radius. We appreciated not having to walk in the cold ad windy weather. The room was in good condition except we were having difficulties with the electrical outlets. Our phones did not charge. Thankfully we didn't have to be anywhere early as our alarms would not have worked .
