Needs a major update especially with the sister hotel now next door. Pool wasn’t working when we were there which wasn’t told to us at check in and allowed us to walk by the front desk in our bathing suits until we arrived all the way down to the pool to realize it had been closed since before we even checked in which wasn’t made aware to us.

Room was clean and we had it made up between the 2 nights there. Went to use the pool and hot tub one evening, pool area was filthy, debris everywhere and muddy floors. Floors were soaked, puddles everywhere . No towels. The hot tub resembled a swamp and apparently was out of order but no signs were up stating so, only told that after we complained at front desk. One of the 2 TVs in our suite didn’t work. Suite VERY overpriced for what it was. Dated bathtub shower combo. Parking lot very small for larger trucks.

I had to choose the hotel that all hockey teams were staying at. There was a hockey tournament in Winnipeg. Where was the adult supervision? Kids are kids. The person at the front desk can only do so much. I found most of the kids to very good but there’s always the rowdy few who need to be kept in line.
