Room smelt like weed when we got there and the smell got worse throughout the night. The jets in the jetted tub were very dirty. There was a large party downstairs who played loud music into the night/early morning. Only one elevator was working and the stairs did not have access the to main floor.

Our room was right above a wedding so we had to put up with loud blaring music for most of the night. But the worst thing was that the carpeting was all wet! It was awful! We tried to change rooms but there was nothing else available. Also there was noise outside our room as late as 3 and 4 in the morning. The hallway was dirty with food on the carpet outside some rooms. Overall it was NOT a pleasant stay. We complained and got a 75% discount which was very much appreciated. Also we appreciated how there was a lot of security in the parking lot.

Older hotel looking it's age. Furniture is worn down and dirty, older style furnishings in the room. Was accomodating the evacuees from the recent fires so had an extra security presence. Was very noisy.

Upon arrival there were at least 6 security guards circling the parking lot. When I asked what was going on they said there was a welfare program. There was many unsafe people roaming the hotel and in the elevators. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. There were security on every floor as well. If there is an event that requires this much security all guests should have the right to know before confirming their booking. Very disappointed as I had chosen the best western with the impression I was selecting one of the better hotels in the area. I now know that this is not the case and will not be staying at a best western again.

Didn't feel safe at all. My family refused to get out of vehicle because of all the persons around either drunk or on drugs...ridiculous amount of security and building smelled dirty. Left and was willing it to take the one night hit on the credit card but thankfully after i explained to hotel.com i received entire refund.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Price was way too expensive considering the condition it was in. The noise. Dirtiness.
