Very good staff room was a bit tired for the price ! Despite paying £20 for breakfast had to pay £5 supplement for eggs Benedict which I think was outrageous Bar manager best thing about the hotel very knowledgeable and dry sense of humour

Great location and friendly staff. Beds comfortable, but the entire back area of hotel needs a refresh. Rattling HVAC was quite loud. Be aware that you need to leave main building and walk outside to re-enter the second building. This involves quite a few stairs.

Great location

Lovely hotel right opposite Windsor Castle. This was a great stopover after flying in from Canada and not wanting to stay in London. The hotel was warm, cosy and very cosy. Great restaurant and very helpful staff.

Lovely night’s stay in the centre of town. Great location right next to the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful - we arrived early to see if we could drop bags for the day and it turned out our room was ready. Mini fridge in the room stocked with free waters and a little bottle of milk for the tea/coffee. Very comfy bed and overall nice and clean - just a few areas of wear and tear with paint peeling in the bathroom.

Charming little hotel.

Charming hotel right across from Windsor Castle. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a section that only had stairs to get to the rooms across a beautiful walkway but there wasn’t too many as there was only a couple of floors. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. We were there for New Years and had the dinner and dance in the ballroom. The food was fabulous. Windsor is a charming place with lots of shops and restaurants right by the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Perect place for a family in Windsor

Castle Hotel is an absolutely lovely establishment. We had to book last minute and the front desk staff was very kind and accomodating our family, hurring to make up a sofa bed. Everything from the included breakfast, to the location, staff, and facilities was exquisite.
