The property was located on a noisy street right above an Italian restaurant. You could constantly smell garlic and you often had to walk past people smoking at a restaurant table to get to the front door. The front steps were dirty. The interior was clean and remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The garbage truck came early to empty the restaurant’s dumpsters which was very noisy through the dining area windows.
