Fab hotel, great staff, facilities and rooms. All really clean and felt very luxurious. Just to note there is a charge for car parking, but there is a concierge service which can get you from the train station if you aren't driving.

Overall our stay was excellent, however I would like to say reception staff need to improve their customer service as they were not very welcoming to us and quite rude and abrupt. But the other staff we encountered were quite the opposite and they provided an excellent and friendly service. We would visit again but I would hope reception staff improve their attitude towards hotel customers.

Our stay here was fantastic. Staff were welcoming, helpful and so friendly. Welcomed with a glass of Prosecco upon check in and shown around and where to find everything! The room itself was lovely - only criticism was the shower’s water pressure wasn’t great and the shower was too low for my partner to stand directly underneath without having to crouch (6 foot 2) but it was a roof top room so perhaps ceilings are a little lower there. Everything else was perfect. We would definitely return!

I cut my thought on a sharp edge in the plunge pool, staff were unapologetic and left unresolved. Music on external speakers played until late in the night, distributing sleep.

Very expensive for the price. Small room and over priced. Hot tub was nice, but had the car park view so wasn’t what we had hoped for.

Gorgeous room with hot tub, very relaxing, just wish you could alter the temperature yourself as we found the 40 degrees a bit too hot. Lovely that you can use spa as much as you like however far too overcrowded not even a seat to put your things on at weekend. We also found spa pool and jacuzzi to be very cold and lots of others saying the same. Breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly and glass of bubbles on arrival lovely touch. Will definitely return .. just not on a weekend.

Everything about our stay was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spa was amazing. My daughter had a spa treatment and said it was fantastic. We had a double room with a hot tub, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was my daughter s birthday and I’d ordered balloon’s & Prosecco for arrival & it was all so lovely. Evening meal was absolutely delicious as was our breakfast. Will definitely stay again 😊
