Hot tub was great, good temperature, clean tub and space surrounding it .was clean we were above the rear car parking space but this did not impact us at all ..we only ate in cocktail area . Food fresh hot and tasty ,service was excellent. Staff attentive ,friendly and accommodating . Room clean spacious and comfortable.

We have been to the Lakes Hotel & Spa a few times & we always have an amazing stay. The staff are always polite & welcoming, a special thank you to Mark (concierge) he was very helpful! Our room was spotless & had a beautiful view over the lake. The spa was very nice as always, but it was slightly cold on the first day of our visit, the spa had been closed throughout the day for maintenance so possibly couldn’t be helped. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was in a great location and just a short stroll from the centre. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The hotel itself was superb with beautiful decor and furnishings throughout. Our room was gorgeous, had everything we needed and the bed was the best I've ever slept in!!!

Everything from arrival to check out was brilliant, the staff are amazing, the spa was so relaxing as were the treatments, room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean and hot tub on the balcony was awesome, bar areas and service were fantastic and visit to Mizumi restaurant is recommended, location is fabulous - overall we had a great stay and will be visiting again

Staff were amazing and very welcoming, with excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The only downside was that there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was surprising given the hotel’s excellent reviews. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to fill a cup with water. Aside from this, we really loved our stay and would happily return.
