Top Clubcard Bargain
We have stayed here before in the garden annexe but on the ground floor. This time we were on the first floor of the annexe. The room was spacious and bright with nice outlook over the walled garden. Bed large and comfortable. Comfortable temperature. Only detrimental point was very low water pressure to shower (a dribble rather than a shower) and blocked plughole. We managed and dont remember same problem on ground floor. Perhaps they need a pump. Anyway I told the receptionist and she was going to inform maintenance. as We had a lovely meal at the restaurant to celebrate my mum's birthday. Couldnt fault the food or service which was great. as This hotel is in a perfect position, close to the City centre. Very good value for money, especially with Tesco Clubcard rewards!

Clean and very comfortable bed in their recently refurbished rooms. The entrance area was some what drab and unwelcoming. It would have been useful to know that the car park had a charge prior to booking.
