Housekeeping is short staffed
We stayed four nights, never got housekeeping even though we were told it would be every other day, had to switch out our own towels and ask them to replenish basic supplies like toilet paper. We asked housekeeping and they said they were busy with other big groups of guests. When we complained at front desk all we got was “we will look into it”
