The sheets had what looked like pee stains on in. And when asked a cleaning they could change it, they stated yes I will be there in a little bit to change them for you and it never happened. So after a funeral that Friday, I really didn’t want to argue so 3 kids ages 11,10, and 8 and 1 adult (myself) slept in 1 bed. The soap dispensers was almost completely empty. We ended up having to go get our own soap in the terrible winter storm so we can take a shower. And when my son got cut on something in the buffet area, I told the staff member there and they said “welp sorry about that” and then walked away. I don’t think we will be staying at this location again.

The thing I liked the best was the excellent breakfast. Lots of choices, and lots of room. The room was very nice. Loved the hot tub. It was close to a lot of places that we wanted to visit.

Staff is excellent. Smiles from everyone and no issues whatsoever. Room is nice and clean as well. Only place I know that offers some sort of dinner (and drinks if of age) for its guests as well as breakfast! Would recommend to anyone staying in this area.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great even for someone who has celiac disease. It would be nice if there were some gluten free muffins. The rooms are very spacious and beds were pretty comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
