The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were nice. The breakfast was adequate, but it needs more options and attention by the staff. I not only would stay again, but will be staying again in a few months.

A Big Miss and Overpriced

We stayed for our son's Purdue graduation weekend. Most hotels around the area were triple their normal price and this one wasn't any exception. The room, bed linens, and towels were clean. The comfort of the bed was okay. However, the bathroom pocket door wouldn't latch properly. I got locked in and no phone to call for help. The latch was caught on the wall plate. Thankfully my husband came back to the room and helped me. It could've been worse if I was staying by myself! I called the front desk to report the problem.The young women advised us management was aware of this issue, it's all the rooms, and is looking to replace them eventually. I asked if maintenance could least look at our since I got locked in?! I was told it wasn't possible, then repeating what she said before. We weren't offered for management to contact us, a different room to switch to, or even a small discount on this room, since the door was broken. Also, check-in they had a beautiful balloon decoration in the center/main dining room. (I'm horribly allergic to latex balloons) It caused me to have a breathing reaction, resulting in me running out the front door I couldn't finish checking us into our room. My husband took over while I stood outside taking a inhaler treatment. We told them why...nothing was done or said. We couldn't even partake in the morning breakfast after what we just paid for the room.(the balloons being in there) Nice gesture for Purdue grads by the hotel, but maybe use mylar only.

The staff was amazingly nice. The hotel was very clean. My room was nice but the air conditioner would barely cool and every time it turned on it sounded like a weed eater. I barely slept the first night because of the noise. It scare my poor dog every time it came on. I bought ear plugs for my second night but they didn’t help. I checked out a day early

Hotel’s policy on not having housekeeping, clean room on each day of guest stay. Stay was for a Friday and Saturday night 5-2-25 and 5-3-25. Room was not clean Saturday and was told by front desk person and showed signage stating: hotel only clean hotel rooms every other day. Room was clean on arrival Friday. In addition, price for room at least $100.00+ extra per night due to Purdue Global University graduation on Saturday 5-3-25. Thus I paid two nights and second night was stuck with in an unclean room.

Night clerk was not at all friendly or welcoming, breakfast was not at all good, offered very little and everything was dry and tasteless. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was easy to access and there were plenty of parking spaces. Overall not a terrible experience but honestly would probably stay elsewhere if i returned.

Pretty nice place and suites. Well designed with nice spacious rooms and features. Love the space. One issue, though it's minor, but they should have bathroom doors locks, it's missing that throughout, which is very surprising. Staff was friendly, I reported there was not lamp shade on one of the lamp in the room, they fixed it promptly. I would recommend this place!

Overall - we enjoyed the stay - plenty of additional space in the room and the lobby had great seating options. The TV channels were a plus - as they had the Tennis Channel. :-)
