Room was clean and much larger than expected which was great do a family of 4. The pool and spa we used daily after site seeing and theme parks and was a really nice area. The bbq area we used a few times was great very clean easy to use. Overall was a nice place to stay close to theme parks whilst quiet away from busy surfers all a little dated was all in working order and clean.

Most of our stay was phenominal, although i had a hard time finding the locker for keys when checking in. And the parking needs more details for the guest to understand where to park exactly. But everyting went smoothly. The staff replied to my inquiry quickly. Thank you. We will definitely come back again.

The rooms could do with a bit more detailed cleaning. Scuff marks on walls and dirt in places like door edges. Lounge suite is a bit tired. Didn’t want to sit on it. Crockery a bit marked and broken also. Not nice to use. Doona in one room had stains on it. Yuk!
Size of apartment was good and location was what we needed.

I had a very recent stay here with a significant other and I have to say we had the time of our life! Carolyn and her husband were impeccable communicators, friendly, obliging and absolutely amazing.
The facilities were beyond awesome, the pool and spa clean and fully accessible. Our two bedroom apartment was wonderfully cool when we walked in, the beds comfortable and generous, and we even enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.
We will not hesitate to stay there again and encourage others to do the same.
